Welcome to Coomera Anglican College Early Learning Centre.
Our Centre opened in November 2001 with a small group of families. It filled quickly and now has 80 children attending each day. Accreditation was last completed in June 2015 and the Centre gained a rating of ‘Exceeding National Quality Standard’.
How to join our community:
Our Centre has a fantastic reputation so you need to be on the wait list as early as possible. To register your child, complete the Early Learning Centre enrolment form below. This will place your child on the waitlist. You are welcome to contact Centre staff on 07 5585 9925 from time to time to see how your child’s placement is going.
When a place is available, we will contact you to arrange an appointment to discuss your needs and tell you more about how our Centre works. If you accept a place, you can have your child begin gradually with short periods and stay with him/her to help them to feel comfortable before you begin leaving your child with staff.
Application for Registration Fee: $99.00 (Non-refundable)
Enrolment Fee: $400.00 (Non-refundable) (Payable to Coomera Anglican College for enrolment into the College)
Daily Fee: $93.00 (for all age groups including those in the Kindergarten programme. The cost per day includes healthy, well balanced meals and snacks and visiting shows, such as Ocean Life, etc.
A 10% discount is applied to all Public Holidays with the exception of the Christmas break when the Centre is closed. When on holidays it is still necessary to pay fees to retain your child’s place within the Centre. Families can claim the Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR) to support the costs associated with their child’s care and education.
Immunisation is the best way to protect your child, and others in our community, from preventable diseases, hospitalisation and even death. From 1 January 2016 a new Queensland law relating to childhood immunisation came into effect.
As of January 1 2016, Coomera Anglican College Early Learning Centre, in accordance with new state and Australian Government laws relating to immunisation, will only enrol children whose immunisation status is up to date. Parents are required to ensure their child’s immunisation is up to date prior to commencing at the Early Learning Centre. A copy of the child’s immunisation record is to be provided at the enrolment interview, on offer of a position in the Centre.
