Catching up with our Past Students - Josh MacTaggart

Josh MacTaggart always dreamt of a career in the skies.  Since graduating from the College in 2007, he has achieved his dream with flying colours.  After completing a Bachelor of Aviation at Griffith University, he applied for a cadetship though Cathay Pacific Airways and was accepted in 2011.  He completed the cadet course over a period of 15 months  in Adelaide, and then moved to Hong Kong in 2013 where has lived for the last two years.  Josh is now a Second Officer on the Airbus 330/340 currently flying to Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East.

“I love living abroad and travelling the globe,” said Josh recently, “to be able to go to work and truly enjoy what you’re doing is a blessing”.

Dr Sly caught up with Josh while visiting Hong Kong earlier this year, and like all of us is extremely proud of Josh’s achievements.
